Billing and workspace management

The email that receives your Stripe invoices, and what to know before deleting a workspace.

Two settings in a workspace's life: where the invoices land, and how to properly close a workspace you no longer need.

The billing email

Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe and sent automatically by email. By default, the address used is the workspace owner's; you can replace it with any address (your accounting department's, for instance) from the Billing page, at the bottom of the workspace card.

Aidoo's Billing page: at the bottom of the workspace card, the “Billing email” mention and its Edit link.
The “Edit” link at the bottom of the workspace card opens the setting.
The “Billing email” dialog with the address field and the Save button.
The address entered will receive every upcoming Stripe invoice and receipt.

The change applies to every upcoming invoice. Invoices already issued remain downloadable from the same page.

Deleting a workspace

Only the workspace owner can delete it, from Settings → Danger zone, by typing the exact workspace name. Deletion is permanent: members, API keys, agents, logs and flows disappear with it. Your Odoo is never touched: Aidoo stores nothing there.

Three safeguards, enforced server-side:

  • Not your last workspace: your account always needs at least one.
  • No other members: remove members first from the Team page.
  • No active subscription (licence, Agents or credit top-up): cancel first from the Billing page, otherwise Stripe would keep charging into the void.
The Settings Danger zone and the deletion dialog: the conditions recap and the field where the exact workspace name must be typed.
Deleting requires typing the workspace name, and reminds you that your Odoo stays untouched.

No way back

Deleting a workspace has no undo. If you hesitate, simply cancel the subscription and leave the workspace dormant: it costs nothing.

  • API keys: review access before closing
