Partner code and affiliation

An integrator, a consultant or an agency introduced you to Aidoo? Their partner code lets you attach your workspace to them. This page addresses both sides of the program: the client who enters the code, and the partner who shares it.

Client: entering the partner code

The attachment happens in Settings, under the Partner program section. Enter the code your partner gave you, then click Attach.

Three rules to know:

• Only the workspace owner can enter a code.
• The window is 14 days after the workspace creation. Past that, contact support.
• The attachment is permanent and exclusive: one partner per workspace, and only support can change it.

The attachment changes nothing about your subscription or your price: it only serves to credit the partner who guided you.

Partner: sharing your code and tracking your clients

Your code is handed to you when your application to the program is accepted. Pass it to every client you assist, with the instruction above: Settings, Partner program section, within 14 days.

You then track everything from the Affiliation page of your Aidoo dashboard: status, tier, referred clients, commission balance and payout threshold.

To receive your payouts, two prerequisites must be completed from your partner space: identity verification (KYC) and your bank details. Your commissions keep accruing in the meantime, nothing is lost.

The program's terms (tiers, commission rates, duration) are detailed in your partnership agreement and in your partner space.
