Odoo cost calculator: licenses, hosting, AI

Odoo does not publish a single price: it assigns each country to a price list, in its own currency, based on local purchasing power. In the United States, the Standard plan costs $31.10 per user per month on a yearly commitment and the Custom plan $61.00. In the United Kingdom and most of Western Europe, the same plans cost €24.90 and €37.40.

The price shown on odoo.com depends on the country it detects. A quote prepared from one country for a company in another can therefore be wrong. The calculator above applies the price list of the billing country you select.

Companies in the French overseas departments face two differences compared with mainland France. First the license, with a reduced price list: in Guadeloupe, €14.90 (Standard) and €22.40 (Custom), about 40% less than in mainland France. Then VAT: the standard rate is 8.5% in Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion instead of 20%, and VAT does not apply for now in French Guiana and Mayotte.

The Standard plan gives access to every app, hosted by Odoo (Odoo Online). The Custom plan adds Odoo Studio, multi-company, hosting on Odoo.sh or on your own servers, and external API access. Community, the open source edition, is free but does not include the Enterprise apps, and you handle hosting and maintenance yourself.

The license is only part of the budget. The calculator adds hosting when it is not included and, if you want, artificial intelligence. It reasons over three years, because the first-year discount disappears in year two.

Implementation (setup, data migration, training) is not included: its cost depends too much on your project to be estimated online. Ask us for an estimate for that part.

Odoo prices come from the public configurator on odoo.com, collected on September 23, 2026 for each price list. The Guadeloupe price list was read directly on odoo.com from Guadeloupe. Amounts exclude taxes. Odoo also offers discounts for two- to five-year commitments, which are not included here.
